Membership & Cancellation Terms

How subscriptions, upgrades, downgrades and cancellations work.

Billing is not live yet

Stripe is connected in TEST/sandbox mode only, so no membership is charged in this version. This information is supplied by the operating company and published before public launch. Final billing, refund, proration, dunning and grace-period terms are published before paid membership goes live.

Tiers

Dentist memberships are Free and Member. Student Access is a separate free role for verified dental students and is not a dentist membership.

Upgrades

An upgrade from Free to Member takes effect once the upgrade is recorded.

Downgrades

A downgrade from Member to Free takes effect at the end of the paid period. A downgrade removes entitlements, not your history.

Cancellation

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; the account becomes Free and is not deleted. Wallet, Passport and Certificates remain accessible.

Confirmed activities

Confirmed future exchanges and dinners remain valid even if membership ends, and the related chat stays usable through completion.
