focused one-to-one session

Peer-to-peer one-to-one exchange around specific expertise, workflows or cases. The guest never treats patients: observation plus diagnostic discussion, planning and digital setup only, as the host permits. Not an accredited course. DentGather provides no participant insurance; host and guest are responsible for applicable local insurance, professional, patient and privacy requirements.

Requests and dates

• Hosts never maintain an availability calendar. Dates are arranged individually.
• Guests choose a format, a preferred date, an alternative date, a topic and a party size.
• Hosts can accept, suggest another date, or decline.
• Paid requests reserve the credits the moment they are sent; a Free Professional Exchange reserves nothing.
• Declined or withdrawn requests release the reservation immediately. A confirmed exchange always has a concrete date and time.

Cancellation, completion and disputes

• Guest cancels more than 72h before: 100% returned to the guest.
• Guest cancels between 72h and 24h before: 50/50 split (an odd credit stays with the guest).
• Guest cancels under 24h before: 100% to the host.
• Host cancels: 100% returned to the guest.
• Guest no-show: the host reports it and the guest has 48h to object. Without objection the credits go to the host; with an objection they are frozen for review.
• After the scheduled end both sides confirm. Without a dispute, the exchange auto-completes 49h later.
• Disputes can be opened within 48h. Credits stay reserved until an admin resolves them to the host, the guest, or as a split.
