Terms & Conditions
The agreement between you and DentGather for using the platform.
Eligibility
DentGather is a professional network for dentists, for dental students with verified Student Access, and for approved event organizers. Professional verification is a separate gate required for Professional Exchange participation and hosting; it is not required to hold an account or to network.
Roles
Dentist memberships are Free and Member. Student Access is a role for verified dental students, not a dentist membership, and does not include the dentist credit economy. Organizer access is a separate business account and grants no dentist membership rights.
Acceptable use
Professional conduct is required. DentGather is not a patient record system: do not upload or share identifiable patient information, patient names, radiographs, clinical images, medical records or equivalent health information. Clinical discussion must be fully anonymised.
Platform role
DentGather facilitates professional exchange between members and is not a party to the exchange itself. Nothing on the platform is accredited education, licensing, clinical authorisation or professional advice.
Acceptance and versions
Acceptance of these Terms and acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy are recorded with the document version and a timestamp. Material changes are announced and re-acknowledged in the app.
Company details and governing law
Outstanding: operating company, registered address, commercial register number, governing law and venue. This information is supplied by the operating company and published before public launch.
