Support the profession, respect the members.
Partners can support official and sponsored events. Every sponsored format is labelled as such, and member privacy is never part of the deal.
Clearly labelled
Sponsored events carry a sponsor label everywhere they appear — in Events, on the map and in the event detail.
No member data
Sponsors receive no emails, trips, chats, booking data or participant contact lists by default. Any future data sharing would require separate, explicit member consent.
Event partnerships
Official DentGather dinners and professional events can be co-hosted with partners. Only admins and approved organisers can publish them.
